Perugia, Perugia på italiensk, er en by i Italien i regionen Umbrien, provinsen Perugia, med 165.683 indbyggere pr. 1. januar 2018.
Universitetet blev grundlagt i 1307. Det mest kendte lokale produkt er chokolade; der afholdes hvert år i oktober en chokoladefestival.
Perugia var en af de vigtigste byer i Etrurien ved grænsen til dette område, på en bakke ved højre bred af Tiber, og tæt på Trasimenesøen.
