Passo dello Stelvio er en bjergpas beliggende i 2758 meters højde i de italienske Alper. Bjergpasset er især kendt for cykleventurer i Giro d'Italia. Stelvio er en af de højeste belagte bjergpas i Alperne; blandt andet Col de l'Iséran er højere. Col de la Bonette er lavere, men da der øverst på passet er en ekstra sløjfe, betragtes den af nogle som højere.
