San Lorenzo Maggiore er en kirke i Napoli, Italien. Den ligger i det præcise geografiske centrum af den historiske del af den antikke græsk-romerske by, ved krydset mellem via San Gregorio Armeno og via dei Tribunali. Navnet "San Lorenzo" kan også henvise til det nye museum, der nu er åbnet på stedet, samt til det gamle romerske marked under selve kirken, Macellum i Napoli.
