Basilikaen Santa Maria di Campagna er en romersk-katolsk basilika i byen Piacenza i provinsen Piacenza, Italien. Den blev bygget i en græsk-kors plan med en oktagonal kuppel i en højrenæssancestil i det 16. århundrede.
Den blev bygget i 1522–28 under beskyttelse af et lokalt laug. Stedet havde huset et helligdom dedikeret til Santa Maria di Campagnola og rumset et træbillede af Madonnaen og Barnet fra det 14. århundrede. Traditionen siger, at pave Urban II i 1095 annoncerede det første korstog fra dette sted.
