Fondaco del Megio er et palads i sestiere Santa Croce i Venedig, Norditalien. Det ligger tæt på Palazzo Belloni Battagia og Fondaco dei Turchi, det vender mod Canal Grande og er overfor kirken San Marcuola i Cannaregio.
Det blev bygget i det 13. århundrede som kornlager, men blev senere brugt til at opbevare hirse, og opretholdt denne funktion indtil faldet af Republikken Venedig i 1797. Det huser i øjeblikket en folkeskole.
