Kolosset fra Barletta er en stor bronzestatue på cirka 5,11 meter, af en ukendt østlig romersk kejser. Statuerne befinder sig i Barletta i Italien.
Kolosset fra Barletta blev fundet ud for kysten ved Barletta, hvor et venetiansk skib var sunket, som havde deltaget i plyndringen af Konstantinopel under det fjerde korstog. Man mener, at statuen blev taget som krigsbytte af soldaterne under det korstog i 1204.
