Den Første Slag ved Capua blev udkæmpet i 212 f.Kr. mellem Hannibal og to romerske konsulære hære. Den romerske styrke blev ledet af to konsuler, Quintus Fulvius Flaccus og Appius Claudius Pulcher. Den romerske styrke blev besejret, men formåede at undslippe. Hannibal lykkedes midlertidigt at ophæve belejringen af Capua. En taktisk karthagisk sejr, men den hjalp i sidste ende ikke capuanerne.
