Bykommunen i Termini Imerese, kendt som "Palazzo Comunale" på italiensk, er det administrative centrum for byen.
Det danner et duo med Duomo i hjertet af det høje Termini. Også kaldet Magistratspalæet, bygningen, der nu huser byrådet, var det tidligere sæde for byens senat.
Det blev bygget i slutningen af det 16. århundrede og begyndelsen af det 17. århundrede på en højslette, hvor der tidligere var det romerske forum. Det er en utrolig skattekiste og indeni var der også et lille teater, hvor der blev opført forskellige typer scener.
Man må ikke gå glip af et besøg i den gamle rådssal, den såkaldte 'Cammara Picta', som huser en smuk cyklus af fresker, malet i 1610 af maleren og arkitekten Vincenzo La Barbera, der repræsenterer historiske episoder fra det gamle Imera og Thermae Himerenses.
