Das Rathaus von Termini Imerese, auf Italienisch „Palazzo Comunale“ genannt , ist das Verwaltungszentrum der Stadt.
Es bildet ein Duo mit dem Dom im Herzen des oberen Termini. Das auch Magistratspalast genannte Gebäude, in dem sich heute das Rathaus befindet, war der ehemalige Sitz des Senats der Stadt .
Es wurde im späten 16. und frühen 17. Jahrhundert auf einem Plateau erbaut, auf dem einst das Forum Romanum stand. Es ist eine erstaunliche Schatztruhe und im Inneren befand sich auch ein kleines Theater , in dem verschiedene Szenen aufgeführt wurden.
Nicht zu versäumen ist ein Besuch des ehemaligen Ratssaals, der sogenannten „Cammara Picta“, in der sich ein kostbarer Freskenzyklus befindet, der 1610 vom Termitenmaler und Architekten Vincenzo La Barbera gemalt wurde und historische Episoden aus dem antiken Imera und ThermaeHimerenses darstellt .
