René Konentunnelen, bedre kendt som Saint Esprittunnelen, er en autotunnel i byen Luxembourg i storhertugdømmet Luxembourg. Den 655 meter lange tunnel udgør sammen med et par hundrede meter før og efter den, vej N57. I hele sin længde består den af to kørebaner som ensrettet vej mod nord, under bydelen Oberstadt. Vejen fungerer som en omkørsel under de snævre gader i gågadeområdet i centrum af byen.
