Anne Franks hus er huset, hvor den jødiske Anne Frank skjulte sig under den anden verdenskrig, før hun døde af tyfus efter et ophold i Auschwitz. I 1940 flyttede familien Frank til huset på Prinsengracht, lige da tyskerne invaderede Holland. Familien lukkede sig inde i baghuset i boligen, hvor Anne begyndte at skrive sin dagbog som 13-årig. Da huset er ret komplekst indrettet, med en smal facade men en dyb bagbygning, kunne tyskerne ikke opdage, at en hel familie gemte sig i baghuset. Anne opholdt sig i huset i 4 år. Ved siden af huset er nu Anne Franks museum bygget.
