Station Enschede er en hollandsk station. Det blev åbnet den 1. juli 1866, den nuværende stationsbygning stammer fra 1950. Stationen ligger i udkanten af centrum i Enschede og blev oprindeligt bygget uden for byen ved statsjernbane D.
Den 1. juli 1866 fik Enschede en station ved jernbanelinjen Zutphen – Glanerbeek. Stationsbygningen var af typen Statsbane nyt type 3. klasse. Også Hengelo havde fra 1866 til 1899 en sådan station. De nuværende stationer i Meppel og Station Zuidbroek er også af denne type.
