De Doelen er et koncert- og kongreshus i Rotterdam. Med over 450.000 koncertbesøgende ved 600 koncerter om året er det det næststørste koncertsted i Nederland efter det Kongelige Koncertsal i Amsterdam, men før TivoliVredenburg i Utrecht. Sammen med kongres- og eventbesøgende stiger dette antal til over 650.000 besøgende om året. Det Rotterdam Philharmoniske Orkester er den vigtigste lejer af De Doelen. Desuden spilles der pop, jazz og klassisk musik, og bygningen faciliterer International Film Festival Rotterdam med billet- og informationsområder og biografer.
