De Doelen is een concert- en congresgebouw in Rotterdam. Het is met ruim 450.000 concertbezoekers bij 600 concerten per jaar het tweede concertgebouw van Nederland ná het Koninklijk Concertgebouw te Amsterdam, maar voor TivoliVredenburg te Utrecht. Samen met de congres- en evenementenbezoekers loopt dit aantal op tot ruim 650.000 bezoekers per jaar. Het Rotterdams Philharmonisch Orkest is de belangrijkste huurder van de Doelen. Voorts worden er pop, jazz en klassieke muziek gespeeld en faciliteert het gebouw het International Film Festival Rotterdam met kassa- en informatieruimten en filmzalen.
