Meteoritten Uden LL7 faldt i dette område den 12. juni 1840 (mellem Uden og Volkel).
Et objekt kom med et højt brag og en stigende hylelyd ned på en sandvej tæt på et par landarbejdere.
Det kastede en støvsky op og efterlod et lavt nedslagskrater. Den vejede cirka 720 gram og er en stenmeteorite af typen chondrit, helt dækket af smeltet skorpe.
