Wageningen ) er en by og kommune i den nederlandske provins Gelderland, region Gelderse Vallei. Byen har 39.923 indbyggere, hvoraf mange tusinde er studerende. Wageningen Universitet og tilknyttede institutioner har omkring 7.400 ansatte, hvoraf mindre end 40% bor i Wageningen. Kommunen har tre boligområder: Wageningen, Wageningen-Hoog og Nude. I Wageningen blev kapitulationen underskrevet den 5. maj 1945.
