Bladel ; Brabants: Blaal) er en kommune i den hollandske provins Noord-Brabant. Hovedbyen er den navngivne landsby Bladel. Kommunen har 20.707 indbyggere og et areal på 73,60 km². Kommunen Bladel er en del af rammeområderne SRE. Den nuværende kommune Bladel blev dannet i 1997 ved fusion af de tidligere kommuner Bladel og Netersel samt Hoogeloon, Hapert og Casteren. Rådhuset i Hapert blev nedlagt, og rådhuset for den nyoprettede kommune blev etableret i Bladel på stedet for det gamle rådhus.
