Pijnacker-Nootdorp ) er en kommune i den hollandske provins Zuid-Holland. Kommunen har 56.652 indbyggere og et areal på 38,60 km². Kommunen Pijnacker-Nootdorp er en del af Metropolregionen Rotterdam-Den Haag. Kommunen blev dannet i 2002 gennem en fusion mellem de tidligere kommuner Pijnacker og Nootdorp.
