Leersum er en landsby i den nederlandske provins Utrecht, kommune Utrechtse Heuvelrug, på den navngivne Heuvelrug i den sydøstlige del af provinsen. Siden 2003 grænser Leersum op til nationalparken Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Kernen af Leersum har 7.675 indbyggere. På grund af den skovrige karakter og beliggenheden ved foden af Heuvelrug er Leersum et populært feriested. Mange feriegæster tager til ferieparken på godset Ginkelduin.
