Leersum ist ein Dorf in der niederländischen Provinz Utrecht, Gemeinde Utrechtse Heuvelrug, auf dem gleichnamigen Heuvelrug im Südosten der Provinz. Seit 2003 grenzt Leersum an den Nationalpark Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Der Kern von Leersum hat 7.675 Einwohner. Aufgrund des waldreichen Charakters und der Lage am Fuß des Heuvelrug ist Leersum ein beliebtes Ferienziel. Viele Urlauber besuchen den Ferienpark auf dem Gut Ginkelduin.
