Margraten ) er en tidligere kommune i den sydlige del af den nederlandske provins Limburg. Kommunen havde 13.370 indbyggere og en overflade på 5767 hektar. Den 1. januar 2011 blev kommunen nedlagt og blev en del af den nye kommune Eijsden-Margraten.
Kommunen Margraten i sin sidst kendte form blev oprettet ved den kommunale sammenlægning den 1. januar 1982. På denne dato blev de hidtil selvstændige kommuner Margraten, Cadier en Keer, Noorbeek, Mheer, Bemelen og Sint Geertruid, samt kerne Scheulder fra den tidligere kommune Wijlre, sammenlagt.
