Grathem er en nederlandsk-limburgsk kirkeby ved Uffelse Bæk i Leudal kommune. Landsbyen var en tidligere nederlandsk kommune og har cirka 1.720 indbyggere. Grathem tilhørte i århundreder Land van Thorn, som foruden Grathem bestod af Thorn, Ittervoort, Beersel, Haler, Baexem, Oler, Ell og Stramproy. Dette blev opløst i 1794, hvorefter Grathem blev en selvstændig kommune.
