Grathem es una aldea neerlandesa-limburguesa situada junto al arroyo Uffelse en el municipio de Leudal. El pueblo fue un antiguo municipio neerlandés y tiene aproximadamente 1,720 habitantes. Grathem formó parte durante siglos de la Tierra de Thorn, que además de Grathem incluía Thorn, Ittervoort, Beersel, Haler, Baexem, Oler, Ell y Stramproy. Esto fue disuelto en 1794, después de lo cual Grathem se convirtió en un municipio independiente.
