Maria Hoop, også stavet som Mariahoop eller Maria-Hoop, er en landsby i kommunen Echt-Susteren i den nederlandske provins Limburg. Den rigtige skrivemåde er Maria Hoop, altså uden bindestreg og med store bogstaver. Stedet, hvor cirka 1.315 mennesker bor, omfatter udover to kvarterer hele det landlige område, der ligger mellem Koningsbosch, grænsen til Tyskland, kommunegrænsen til Roerdalen og den nærliggende landsby Pey. Derfor er det hvad angår areal en af de største steder i kommunen. Ligesom nabolagene Echterbosch og Putbroek ligger kernen i form af en stræklandsby.
