Zuidwolde er den største landsby og den vigtigste kerne i kommunen De Wolden i det sydvestlige Drenthe i Nederlandene. Landsbyen har 6.830 indbyggere. Under landsbyen Zuidwolde hører også følgende bydele: Bazuin, Drogt, Lubbinge, Lunssloten, Middelveen, Schottershuizen, Steenbergen, Ten Arlo og De Stuw. Under Zuidwolde hørte også bydelen Nijstad i gamle dage, men denne er ved kommunesammenlægningerne i 1998 blevet en del af kommunen og byen Hoogeveen gennem en grænseregulering.
