Vroomshoop er en landsby i kommunen Twenterand i den nederlandske provins Overijssel og er en del af regionen Twente.
Landsbyen blev grundlagt omkring 1850, men allerede i 1772 blev navnet Vroomshoop nævnt for første gang. Landsbyen ligger ved Overijssels kanal, på det sted hvor grenen Zwolle - Vroomshoop slutter ved grenen Kanal Almelo-De Haandrik. Kanalen blev åbnet den 5. september 1856. Strækningen Vroomshoop - Zwolle blev åbnet den 12. juni 1855. Den første brotype var en flåd bro eller scholle.
