Rådhuset i 's-Hertogenbosch ligger på Markt i centrum af hovedstaden Noord-Brabant. Arkitekten bag rådhuset var Jan Derkennis, som også var involveret i opførelsen af Sint-Janskathedraal. Bygningen stammer fra anden halvdel af det 14. århundrede. Fra 1366 havde byens styre sit sæde på dette sted ved Bossche Markt. Rådhuset blev dengang købt af styret. I 1372 blev byklokken ophængt. Man antager, at ophængningen af denne klokke betød afslutningen på byggeriet. I 1463 blev en stor del af rådhuset ødelagt af brand, hvorefter det måtte ombygges. I 1481 blev også en bygning på venstre side af rådhuset købt, som fik en skalmur og arkeltårne. Ombygningen af rådhuset blev afsluttet omkring 1530, og her var det samlet set forsynet med en trappe og krydshvælvingerne fra rådskælderen.
