Sankt Catharinakirken eller Kruisherenkirken er opkaldt efter Sankt Katharina af Alexandria. I forfaldet står et billede af hende. Også korsets tegn fra Kruisheren er her og der til stede i bygningen.
Som følge af kapitulationen af 's-Hertogenbosch efter belejringen af 's-Hertogenbosch blev kirken protestantisk. De katolske malerier af Pieter Jozef Verhagen blev opbevaret i skjulte kirker. Da der var få protestanter i 's-Hertogenbosch, fik kirken en anden bestemmelse. Således blev kirken blandt andet brugt som hestestald.
Efter dekretet fra Napoleon Bonaparte blev kirken igen givet tilbage til katolikkerne. Bygningen var dog meget beskadiget og delvist forfaldet.
