Groot Poelgeest var et slot ved Koudekerk aan den Rijn i den hollandske provins Zuid-Holland. Det var et rundt vandslot. Nu er der kun en af tårnene og et karethus fra 1648 tilbage. Det blev sandsynligvis bygget omkring 1250, da herrerne af Poelgeest flyttede til området. Huset blev delvist ødelagt i 1420 under Hoekse og Kabeljauwse stridigheder, men også senere under den Trediveårige Krig, da herrerne af Poelgeest stillede sig bag Willem af Oranje.
