Gouda ) er en by og kommune i øst for provinsen Sydholland i Nederland med 74.165 indbyggere på et areal af 16,92 km². Byen ligger i Midt-Holland og i det urbane område Randstad, cirka lige langt fra Rotterdam, Utrecht og Haag. Gouda har en regionsfunktion inden for det Grønne Hjerte, hvor den hvad angår indbyggere er den største by og den næststørste kommune. Den er målt efter indbyggertal den 48. kommune i Nederlandene og den 12. kommune i Sydholland.
