Schiermonnikoog ; Øboer: Schiermonnikeig, kaldet Lytje Pole; Frisk: Skiermûntseach )) er fra vesten betragtet den femte beboede hollandske vadeø og tilhører den hollandske provins Friesland. Øen er også en kommune med samme navn. Antallet af indbyggere pr. 31. januar 2022 var: 943. Schiermonnikoog er dermed den mindste kommune i Nederlandene målt på indbyggertal, og er også kommunen med den laveste befolkningstæthed i Nederlandene. Den højeste klit er 20 meter.
