Overasselt er en by i den hollandske kommune Heumen, provinsen Gelderland. Det ligger ved Maas-floden. Vest for byen ligger landsbyen Nederasselt, øst for ligger Heumen, og nord for ligger byen Nijmegen. Overasselt var oprindeligt en selvstændig kommune, som den 1. maj 1923 blev udvidet ved anlæggelsen af kommunen Balgoij. Den 1. juli 1980 blev den lagt ind under kommunen Heumen.
