Almen er en landsby, der er en del af kommunen Lochem i den hollandske provins Gelderland. Almen har 1.225 indbyggere. Almen ligger mellem Twentekanaal og Berkel i den nordvestlige del af Achterhoek. Landsbyen ligger midt i landbrugsområder og godser samt naturområder som De Ehze, Velhorst, Kienveen, Grote Veld og 't Waliën. Det charakteristiske landskab er det kuperede landskab. På 5 til 10 kilometers afstand ligger byerne Zutphen, Warnsveld, Gorssel, Eefde, Harfsen, Laren, Vorden og Lochem.
