Pernis er en landsby mellem havnene i kommunen Rotterdam i den nederlandske provins Zuid-Holland på øen IJsselmonde. Landsbyen har 4.850 indbyggere og har et areal på 1,6 km². Pernis opstod sandsynligvis i det trettende århundrede og blev først i 1934 annekteret af kommunen Rotterdam. På trods af nærheden til den store by har den bevaret sin landsbyskare. Befolkningen består for det største dels af autochtones.
