Monster er en kystby i provinsen Zuid-Holland, beliggende ved Nordsøen, som har fem kilometer strand. Byen har pr. 2021 14.110 indbyggere. Indtil 1. januar 2004 var Monster en selvstændig kommune. Det blev en del af kommunen Westland ved den kommunale sammenlægning. Den tidligere kommune Monster bestod af landsbyerne Monster, Ter Heijde aan Zee og Poeldijk og talte over 20.000 indbyggere. Indbyggerne kaldes Monsterne.
