Hertme er en af de tre kernen i kommunen Borne i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Den har 540 indbyggere og ligger i en skovrig omegn i regionen Twente, cirka syv kilometer nord for Hengelo. Friluftsteateret, der ligger i hjertet af Hertme, er landsbyens attraktion. Fra midten af 1950'erne til midten af 1960'erne var friluftsteateret især kendt for Passionsspillet Hertme, der blev opført der hvert år. To årlige forestillinger, der afholdes i Hertme, Afrikafestivalen og Metropool Open Air, tiltrækker tusinder af besøgende fra hele Holland eller endda Europa.
