Loënga er et kvarter i Sneek og en tidligere landsby i Súdwest-Fryslân kommune i provinsen Friesland, Holland. Det har en befolkning på omkring 95 i januar 2017. I 1984 blev Loënga og Offingawier indlemmet i Sneek og er ikke længere selvstændige landsbyer. Landsbyen blev første gang nævnt i 1335 som "in Loinghum" og betyder "bopæl for Lodes folk". Loënga var en terp landsby.
