Wijk en Aalburg er en landsby i kommunen Altena i den nederlandske provins Noord-Brabant. Den ligger ved Heusdensch Kanal og den Afgedamde Maas, i Heusden-landet. Landsbyen har 6.590 indbyggere. Indtil 1973 var Wijk en Aalburg en selvstændig kommune. Siden da er Wijk en Aalburg blevet sammenlagt med de tidligere kommuner Eethen og Veen til den nye kommune Aalburg. Wijk en Aalburg var hovedbyen herfor. Siden 1. januar 2019 blev denne igen en del af kommunen Altena. Den nærmeste by er 's-Hertogenbosch mod sydøst.
