Veenhuizen er en landsby med omkring 800 indbyggere i provinsen Drenthe i Holland. I det tidlige 19. århundrede blev der i Veenhuizen etableret en reformboligkoloni for de fattige og hjemløse af Velgørenhedsselskabet. I slutningen af det 19. århundrede blev komplekset omdannet til en straffekoloni. Landsbyen blev frit tilgængelig i 1984 og har været en del af kommunen Noordenveld siden 1998. Nationalt Fængselsmuseum ligger her. Sammen med andre kolonier etableret af Velgørenhedsselskabet blev Veenhuizen optaget på UNESCOs verdensarvsliste i 2021, for sit vidnesbyrd om en unik metode til boligreform og sin byplanlægning.
