Walem er en gade og en lille by i den sydlige del af den hollandske provins Limburg, beliggende på en højderyg omkring 2,5 kilometer øst for Valkenburg og 1 kilometer nord for Schin op Geul. Det er en del af kommunen Valkenburg aan de Geul, selvom et antal ubebyggede parceller ligger i kommunen Voerendaal. Der bor cirka 160 mennesker.
