Winsum ) er en tidligere kommune i provinsen Groningen. Den havde i september 2018 13.557 indbyggere og dækkede et areal på 102,53 km². Hovedbyen i kommunen var landsbyen Winsum.
Fra 1. januar 2019 blev kommunen Het Hogeland dannet ved en fusion af Winsum med kommunerne Bedum, Eemsmond og De Marne. Området Middag blev fra denne dato overført til kommunen Westerkwartier.
