Harbrinkhoek er en landsby i kommunen Tubbergen i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Harbrinkhoek danner sammen med landsbyen Mariaparochie dobbeltlandsbyen Harbrinkhoek-Mariaparochie. I 2021 var indbyggertallet for denne dobbeltlandsby 1870. Café Partycentrum De Spar var indtil oktober 2012 hjemsted for De Dubbelkiekers og Niej Haarbig. Dette blev dengang overtaget af Bistro Kampkuiper i Harbrinkhoek.
