Noardburgum er en landsby i Tytsjerksteradiel kommune i Friesland-provinsen i Holland. Den havde en befolkning på omkring 2.250 i januar 2017. Landsbyen blev første gang nævnt i 1718 som Bergumer heide. Det nuværende navn betyder nord for Burgum. Noardburgum udviklede sig i det 19. århundrede som et hedebrugprojekt af Nicolaas Ypey.
