Eemnes eller Eemnes-Buiten) er en landsby og kommune i den hollandske provins Utrecht grænsende op til Nord-Holland. Kommunen har 9.460 indbyggere og et areal på 33,67 km². Eemnes består traditionelt af to dele: Eemnes-Binnen, der især består af et antal gårde langs Wakkerendijk, og det lidt nordligere beliggende Eemnes-Buiten, hvor der er opført flere store nybyggerkvarterer. I Eemnes-Buiten står der stadig et antal gamle huse fra den tidligere landsbykerne, samt et lille gammelt rådhus ved Wakkerendijk, der nu er i brug som restaurant Het Oude Raadhuis.
