Eemnes o Eemnes-Buiten) es una aldea y municipio en la provincia de Utrecht, Países Bajos, en la frontera con Noord-Holland. El municipio cuenta con 9.460 habitantes y tiene una superficie de 33,67 km². Eemnes se compone tradicionalmente de dos partes: Eemnes-Binnen, que consiste principalmente en un número de granjas a lo largo del Wakkerendijk, y Eemnes-Buiten, que se encuentra un poco más al norte y donde se han desarrollado algunos importantes barrios de nueva construcción. En Eemnes-Buiten aún hay algunas casas viejas del antiguo núcleo del pueblo y una pequeña casa de concejo antigua en el Wakkerendijk que ahora se utiliza como restaurante Het Oude Raadhuis.
