Station Holten er en af de to stationer i den Overijsselse kommune Rijssen-Holten. Det ligger i Holten ved jernbanelinjen Deventer - Almelo og blev åbnet den 1. september 1888.
Stationsbygningen er en standardtype KNLS 2. klasse. KNLS havde tre typer standardstationer, designet af K.H. van Brederode. Bygningerne dukkede op langs jernbanelinjerne, som selskabet i 1880’erne anlagde fra Apeldoorn mod Zwolle, Dieren og Almelo. I begyndelsen af det 20. århundrede fik bygningen en ekstra halv etage og en godslæske. Stationsbygningen er i denne tilstand, som en af de få KNLS-stationer, bevaret.
