Der Bahnhof Holten ist einer der zwei Bahnhöfe in der Overijsseler Gemeinde Rijssen-Holten. Er befindet sich in Holten an der Bahnlinie Deventer - Almelo und wurde am 1. September 1888 eröffnet.
Das Bahnhofsgebäude ist ein Standardtyp KNLS 2. Klasse. Die KNLS kannte drei Typen von Standardbahnhöfen, die von K.H. van Brederode entworfen wurden. Die Gebäude erschienen entlang der Bahnlinien, die die Gesellschaft in den 1880er Jahren von Apeldoorn in Richtung Zwolle, Dieren und Almelo angelegt hat. Zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts erhielt das Gebäude ein zusätzliches halbes Obergeschoss und eine Ladehalle. Das Bahnhofsgebäude ist in diesem Zustand, zusammen mit wenigen anderen KNLS-Stationen, erhalten geblieben.
