Venlo ) er den største kommune i Nord-Limburg og efter Maastricht, med hensyn til indbyggertal den næststørste i den hollandske provins Limburg. Kommunen omfatter flere landsbyer, såsom i vest Blerick på den modsatte side af floden Maas og i syd Tegelen og Belfeld, samt i nord Arcen, Lomm og Velden. Kommunen har i alt 102.176 indbyggere pr. 31. januar 2022. Med hensyn til indbyggertal er Venlo den næststørste i Limburg og den 31. største i Holland.
