Kruisherenklooster eller Kloster Sankt Aegten er et kloster i den nordbrabantiske by Sint Agatha.
I 1315 var der allerede tale om et kapel viet til Sankt Agatha. Omkring 1371 flyttede nogle munke nær kapellet for at betjene det. Herfra er klosteret for Ordet af Det Hellige Kors opstået, hvor munke også kaldes Kruisheren. Klosteret bruges stadig og er dermed det ældste beboede kloster i Nederlandene. I den Latinske Skole ved siden af klosteret blev missionærer uddannet.
