Broek in Waterland er en landsby i kommunen Waterland, nord for Amsterdam. Broek in Waterland har 2.745 indbyggere. Landsbyen har et beskyttet landsbymiljø. Stedet har dusinvis af nationale monumenter. Den ældste omtale er fra 1342 som Broeck og 1420 som Broec i Waterland. Landsbyen var en del af herligheden Waterland, som i 1409 blev tilføjet grevskabet Holland, fordi slægten Persijn uddøde. Siden da blev den styret af en foged, sammen med de seks Waterlandske hovedlandsbyer Ransdorp, Zuiderwoude, Landsmeer, Zunderdorp og Schellingwoude. Mellem 1619 og 1811 var Broek i Waterland en del af Waterlandsforbundet.
